In the left column in admin, select setup widget and you can play with a prompt and other settings. For example change the greeting from the existing to ‘Answer all calls Hi this is Trevs Pizza, we have a deal on pepperoni!’ And save. The changes are immediate.

In the left column click sms notifications and edit the number to receive notification texts… similar with emails..
